ELECTRIC PISTON ENGINE

An electric motor powered by solenoids acting on a cam, rather than rotating electromagnets as in a normal motor. The arms connecting the solenoids to the cam are electrified and as the wheel rotates, they touch contacts corresponding to each of the solenoids.
